Our February Monday Motivation will be exploring the topics of death and dying. We
live in a culture that doesn't accept death openly. However, what would it look
like if we discussed death and confronted our individual experiences, fears, and
preferences about our end of life experience? Join Social Worker Melissa Hale for an informative class.
During this class we will:
- Explore past experiences with loved ones who have died
- Examine how you want your life/legacy to be remembered
- Explore specific burial or spiritual preferences
- Discuss what type of medical interventions (if any) you would want at the end of life
- Learn how to communicate your preferences with your doctors and loved ones
class is for anyone 18 years and older, and it is an important discussion to have
regardless of health condition! Please register to attend by using our online events calendar or calling 262-375-7640, ext. 200.
